It is the goal of our company and the artists to provide the most beautiful works of art with the most durable construction methods. Sand Castles are considered “works of art”, yet they are also functional products with a special sanitary consideration. Typically, artwork is sold “as is”, or final as delivered. The use and functional aspects of the product as “a home for litter boxes” prohibits the ability of our company to repurpose any returns for resale. We do not believe any of our customers want a used product. For this reason we do not accept returns.

We would be happy to supply you with information and/or offer consultation in advance of making your purchase decision. We do not want you to be dissatisfied with your selection. We will back any of the hardware items used in our products by extending the individual warranties of our suppliers or send you replacements. It should be noted that for more than a decade of sales and customer product use, we have never received a complaint regarding the function of a unit or had a reported hardware function failure. These are truly fine works of art in design, beauty, and construction.

Additionally, we go through a very extensive 3rd party inspection of all shipped items to ensure you receive what you agreed to purchase. These inspection details can be provided at time of packaging and before shipment. We want you, our customer, to be satisfied with these products. If any problems do occur, we will do everything we can to rectify the situation. We understand our product reputation is riding on your satisfaction.
